MenZiYuan (蒙自源)

Occupying a 11 m × 4 m tenancy, this fast-casual rice-noodle shop is organised as two interlocking bands that run the full length of the shell. The public strip fronts the street with a fully glazed façade framed by vertical timber fins and a vivid green fascia that doubles as signage. Sliding doors open directly onto a bright dining room finished in hygienic white tiles and light-oak joinery: banquette benches line the party wall, loose two-tops float in the centre, and high stools perch at narrow ledges for solo diners. A continuous coved LED slot washes the ceiling, visually stretching the shallow space while masking services. Behind a waist-high servery clad in marble and green ribs, the back-of-house band unfolds as a galley kitchen: order counter, noodle boil line, plating station, dish return and refrigerated pantry cascade sequentially, minimising cross-traffic. Vent shafts, grease traps and drainage manifolds are consolidated in a rear services bay, allowing the compact unit to meet stringent QSR codes without sacrificing thirty covers.
