Grohe FuYang

GROHE’s new Fuyang showroom stretches 14.7 metres along the mall corridor, its indigo aluminium rainscreen punctuated by a 75-inch portrait LED and back-lit “德国高仪” characters that hover at night. Low-iron glass panels reveal a 230 m² interior choreographed around water in motion: a ceiling-hung cascade falls into a Calacatta-vein marble plinth, backed by a living moss wall that oxygenates the space. Surrounding islands—prefabricated steel frames skinned with 20 mm book-matched slabs—display faucets, basins and smart toilets; mitred corners create monolithic silhouettes with almost invisible joints. A raised services floor hides drainage and data, letting staff swap products without core drilling. Overhead, a plug-and-play grid of opal light boxes (assembled off-site and craned in as a single module) delivers even 500 lux while black track rails spotlight hero pieces. Polished grey terrazzo porcelain flows across the main path, segueing to Nero Marquina tiles in the spa zone. The entire fit-out, including MEP commissioning, was completed in just 50 days.
