Grohe HuZhou

The Huzhou GROHE flagship reimagines a 200 m² shell into a gallery of German water technology. A deep-navy rainscreen façade, fabricated from powder-coated aluminium cassettes, projects a crisp corporate silhouette; CNC-cut characters “德国高仪” and the framed logo are back-lit to create a floating night beacon. Behind low-iron, floor-to-ceiling glazing, a tiered, self-levelling concrete plinth guides visitors through zones that test faucets, shower systems and smart toilets. Carrara-vein porcelain slabs climb from floor to ceiling, forming monolithic display islands whose mitred joints read almost seamless. Overhead, a black track-lighting grid is pre-wired in the workshop and clipped into a hidden Unistrut sub-frame on site—reducing installation time and keeping the ceiling line clutter-free. All service pipes and data lines run in a raised floor void, allowing quick reconfiguration for new product launches. Sustainable elements include LED fixtures, water-recirculation rigs for live demos and VOC-free finishes, aligning precision construction with GROHE’s eco ethos.
