Set within a verdant corner of the park, the restaurant is conceived as a low-slung pavilion that blurs the boundary between architecture and landscape. Guests approach through a winding path and enter beneath a pale-green terrazzo arch, the only overt gesture rising from dense planting. Inside, circulation unfurls as a sinuous loop: a glazed winter-garden bar curves past the open pastry island, leading to a timber-lined dining hall whose roof is slit by skylights and punctuated by two square light wells. Full-height sliders dissolve the south façade and spill onto a series of outdoor rooms terraced around a century-old plane tree—the project’s living centerpiece. Sunken semi-circular pods with firepits, banquette decks beneath broad umbrellas and a lawn of movable lounge clusters allow the program to scale from lazy brunches to evening events. Service zones—kitchen, prep and staffrooms—are tucked compactly along the north spine, ensuring unobstructed vistas while supporting 230 covers across four distinct atmospheres.
